I called and talked to Austin about information on my tattoo I wanted and then just decided to go in. 20 minutes laters when I got there, Austin had it all drawn up, and it was better than the 1 I was thinking of getting. Once Austin started talking and explaining, I felt more comfortable right there and then and decided to get the tattoo he drew up. Back in August 2023, I miscarried and wasn't comfortable sharing until now. My mom and I got tattoos here from Austin earlier this month, and I cannot recommend this shop to enough people!! It was my mom’s first tattoo, and Austin made sure to answer any and all questions we had. He also made sure to explain the process really well to make us both feel super comfortable. I literally just got out of the building, and I could not be more happy with my experience there. Very clean and sanitary shop, and Carrie did an exceptional job at making me feel at ease.
