Professional and friendly staff, thorough initial exam (pictures, periodontal exam, XRay review). I haven't had any treatment yet but the first impression was positive: I plan to stay with this practice.

The whole staff is so great! I initially went in for a consultation about my wisdom teeth coming in + left with a couple referrals to two local places. When I was checking out, I signed up for their Dental Savings Plan! This was perfect for me as I didn't have dental insurance and wanted to continue my plan of care to keep my oral health in check. What really sealed the deal was how welcoming everyone was and appreciated how Dr. Jimmy really listens. I had the pleasure of meeting Kourtney, Maddie, Kimberly + Stephanie, and let me tell you these ladies are really great! Highly recommend Downtown Dental to anyone who asks.

How often do you see places with 5 stars AND have more than one review? Well, listen up: Downtown Dental has thoroughly earned each one of them. Staff - polite as can be, personable, and they support local art--they're literal heroes. I was even given a tour before we got to business; see? I told you they were personable. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable, the office aesthetics are akin to a fine art museum, which takes the pressure off the fact you're getting an oral health checkup.
