I would recommend BrightStar Care Lafayette to my Nurse and CNA friends. The staff is willing to provide assistance any time there is an issue and to provide teaching if needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was drawn to work for Brightstar almost 10 years ago now. I have always enjoyed working for them. Friendly staff and flexible hours have always kept me working for them. I decided to allow Brightstar to care for my severely disabled daughter at my home. We actually have had the same nurse since 2004. Now that's dedication! Brightstar a great team to work for!
I love my job working for Brightstar care! They are family oriented, they go above and beyond for not only their clients but for us aides as well. There has been times I had family emergencies, they did not hesitate to find someone to cover the remainder of my shift. They have texted and called to check on me and my family. No other company that I’ve worked for has done that, they were more worried if my hours were gong to be covered. The office staff and on call staff have always been friendly and helpful in answering my questions or concerns.
