Very helpful people. I had pictures of what I have done and explained what I wanted to accomplish. The lady guided me around and explained which plants would work and how to position them.

We have purchased a few times from Smalls. Some of the staff has acted like we were bothering them by asking questions or needing help. Every single time one employee has gone above and beyond to help us. Her name is Sarah. She’s always very helpful, polite & a very hard worker. We actually waited last time for her to finish with another customer so we could work with her. We knew she would take care & help us with what we needed. Everyone should take a lesson from her on customer service & work ethic. Very happy customers because of Sarah!

Pre-Covid...We asked about some trees near the road as we were interested in purchasing them. We were told we couldn't as they were for a clients home. ( Those trees sat there for almost a year and they ended up splitting in half at the root ball and falling over, according to what an employee told me. They threw them away.)We asked them when they got more in if they could let us know, put our name down and a phone number, which got lost.
