After 3 decades of use, our ac system failed. A quick call to Kennedy at Lands, and we had a very reasonable estimate that afternoon. Bill, Jackson, and Matt were here the next morning to install a new system. Very professional, precise, and organized. The new system is working great. A huge thank you to everyone at this company. All details of buying and getting our new AC unit installed went terrific. The people were great. Kennedy in the office quickly responded to our outage and had great follow up throughout. Grant came out within hours to diagnose and get things moving quickly. In 2 days Bill, Jackson, and Matt arrived and set up the new unit with no issues, excellent installation work from all of them. My ceiling was dripping on our new build. The drywaller and contractor both inspected and said it was the HVAC system. (It wasn’t. It was painfully obvious it wasn’t) so I called Land and they sent someone immediately (even though they knew it couldn’t be the system because it hadn’t been ran yet) So nice and helpful. And they satisfied my contractor by inspecting so he could keep troubleshooting the leak. 10/10. Land Heating and Cooling is the best
