I met Steve in 2003 to discuss a geothermal install in our new home. At that time no one in my area had the skillset. Steve grew up in the busness. Knew what he was doing and fairly priced the install. The furnaces he installs are top of the line and we have had no problems with their operation. .

I have had Geothermal Specialist take care of my heating and cooling needs in my home since 2008. Over this duration, I have found that the service, dependability and promptness of this business to be outstanding. Stephen, the owner, has been remarkable in his communication, reliability and patience with any issue, from installation, to troubleshooting, to general maintenance. Over the years, Stephen himself has made numerous house calls from coming out on Christmas Eve to perform yearly maintenance on my unit, to troubleshooting an electrical problem on a weekend that ended up being an issue not related to the geothermal unit at all.

I noticed my furnace wasn't coming on and house was getting colder. I called Geothermal specialist ,they came that evening and found the problem. Ordered the part and installed it the next day. So appreciate the timely service. Thank you.
