Unlike older phones where you could easily replace the battery, my newer one was far more complicated. I liked my phone and hated the hassle and cost involved in getting a new one, so I opted to have them replace the battery. I have used Gadget Fix Up twice now and they have been great! This last time I brought in my computer and was told it would take several weeks to fix. Unfortunately, I was not getting the updates that were being sent so it seemed as if I was unresponsive. I called and spoke with someone and they were very understanding and began calling me with updates since I wasn't able to receive text messages. this place was awesome! I stopped in for a broken camera, and it turns out it was my lucky day, and I had a screen protector on top of the camera! I had no idea, and if it weren’t for them, I would’ve not have known! So thankful to have a trustworthy business like this close by! I will be using them again!!
