I was part of a bridal party and they did great in accommodating us all. We had to book closer to the closing time due to some individuals' schedules. They did not rush the service or seem irritated. They offered us sweet treats and water as we were getting our pedicures done. This was very nice because before this appointment I had to drive back home from college. The owners created great small talk with us and even shared the joy and exciting feeling towards the bride for her new chapter in life! I would book with them if you have a party that needs their nails and/or toes done!
They take walk-ins and everyone in town told me they were closed or I need an appointment. Art Nails took me right in and did not charge me extra for my feet, but I paid her anyways because of the hard work she did. Outstanding service!Services: Back massages
Been going here for 5 plus years and sadly service is just getting worse. Made sure I was there first thing on a Tuesday and it still took over two hours for a mani/pedi. I opted not to get Gel polish on my mani because it ruins my nails for months. The nail tech tried at a minimum of 6 times to get me to do the gel. Kept calling me Simple. Then I asked for a pink clear coat only on my mani and he said he only had that in Gel polish. Then the clear polish he did use, the whole polish comes right off. I’ve lost 6 whole polished nails since and it’s not been 24 hours. They take to many clients and don’t give enough attention and detail to each one and you get subpar...read full review
