I’m so happy with the care I received through You’re in Control. I felt that they cared about what I was going through. With the exercises and learning what I needed to eat to help me.

What a wonderful decision to try therapy over medications. Erin was fabulous; kind, a great listener, and full of information. I had a huge improvement in just a couple of visits. Thank you.
