    I tried a couple other therapists that did pelvic floor therapy and didn't help me at all. When my surgeon said I needed more therapy,before my next surgery,I was horrified from my past experience but when I found You're in Control and Tara I was glad I did. She has been wonderful .She is very experienced and does a great job to make you feel comfortable.Im still doing sessions with her and continue getting better.

    I have had a great experience here! I have worked with Tara and Erin and they are both excellent therapists! They push you to achieve your goal, but always in a caring manner. I hope I never need their services again 😅 but, I would highly recommend them to anyone who does.

    This is actually Paige Williams. My time at You're In Control was a great experience. Every consideration was taken in regards to my physical and emotional health. I wasn't made to feel like some failure who couldn't control her bladder. It was fully explained to me how and why a woman's body loses control. The next few months I was taught numerous actions and exercises to tighten and strengthen my pelvic muscles so they would better support my bladder. The exercises are simple and easy.
    They give you the tools and you do the work. I give it at 10 outta 10😊
