I only have a 3, but it probably should be 2 or 1 star. I got a pedicure and the lady when I called was super nice. Yet, once I got there it was definitely different! I went to sit down for the pedicure & the lady saw my broken nail and was asking if I needed a manicure too. I told her no because we are doing things around the house. I got the middle deal, but I thought that meant I’d get my dead skin off the bottom of my feet because they were getting rough. The lady did a good job with the leg massage, but barely paid attention to my feet. I gave 3 stars only because the older gentleman Andy (I think thats his name) did, not only a great job on my nails, but was so kind in trying to make up for the rude woman employee. I'm not sure if they are under new owners, but I used to go here for all my nail needs & recently just started going here again. I haven't seen the couple that I would see everytime I went before. Back to the horrible experience my daughter & I had today. I let them know what I wanted done & what she was wanting done. We started with a wait, that's understandable. We waited prob 30 mins & then the gentleman called for me as I had a set coming off & a new set going on, it takes longer than...read full review

My fav place ever!! Definitely recommend! Always super nice, good/strong quality nails, & last soo long. Everytime I ask for a design they can always do it!! I’ve tried other places in Kokomo and they have never been as good as they are here:)
