Very professional and caring practice. Dr. Ladd is personable, knowledgeable, and caring. I am very impressed with his Massage Therapists, especially Teresa who has helped me immensely with chronic pain. I like their staff because they are always smiling, and very helpful. This is one of the best places you can go to get help for pain and discomfort. You feel more like family than just a patient when you come here.
It was a great experience, ? The front staff was friendly; the check-in process was a bit lengthy, and they asked the same questions three times, but otherwise excellent. David was fantastic, the best ? adjustment ever!
The staff was very friendly. Dr. Ladd is always able to help my pain. The exercises, he shared with me, are making it possible for me to live without a lot of pain at home. I would highly recommend Regional Chiropractic Center.
