“Mitch and Affordable are the absolute best! We were shocked to hear an animal in our dryer exhaust. We do not currently have a pest control company so we asked friends and checked Facebook reviews. This was at around 5:30 pm. We called three other companies and they wanted to schedule us for 3 to 7 days from now when the animal would be long dead. I saw a good comment in an area post about Affordable and we called them. They were very sympathetic and were able to get a member of their team out here within the hour. We are in Noblesville and they came down from Kokomo without hesitation due to not wanting us to wait. Mitch arrived and was very courteous and professional. He promptly removed a still living bird from our dryer vent and then went up to our roof to install screen only to find we have flaps that were stuck open due to lint. Mitch cleaned it out and took the time to make sure the vent closure was now working properly. A great experience with a great specialist and company.
