Had an issue with our heat pump system, called that morning and they sent someone out that late morning. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Joe was very professional and explained everything in detail. We were very satisfied.

I am never calling anyone but Orr's from now on. Joe was great, he gave me a quote for a new hot water heater, you can't beat their prices, serviced my air conditioner and answered all of my questions.
