We ordered flooring from McCools flooring to match an existing floor. Understandly, it was back ordered. No big deal. We planned installation when it came in, the flooring arrived at the estimated time period.
The installer called us with a time he would arrive. He picked up the flooring and arrived when he said he would be here. He worked hard to get the flooring down. It looked great. Amazing business work with! We needed a remnant made an area rug, we found McCool’s was the only place in Kokomo to do this. Luke was the employee that we dealt with and he is amazing! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our rug. When we picked up our rug, we had Regan as our sales rep and she was also friendly and amazing work with. Outstanding customer service and highly recommend.
