WOW JUST WOW! first of all, I had the best customer service from Marisa T! it had definitely been a while since I had been to malibu, and they have an amazing new edition to their beds - red light therapy/tanning bed! it is awesome! not only do you get a dark tan quick (10 min bed, gets you dark fast as well), but the red light helps with your joints and also stimulates collagen in your skin.. plus this bed will do a fine mist every minute or so, it has aromatherapy, music (or you can Bluetooth your music), is definitely worth every penny! in fact I'd say one visit to this bed is equal to like five in a regular, and no burn. 😁🤩😍
I've been going to Malibu Tanning for a lot of years and they are great!! The girls are pleasant, prices are fair, the place is always clean and the beds are clean. Also they keep up with their bulbs, they are changed when need be.
Marissa demonstrated OUTSTANDING customer service skills while helping me purchase a tanning package over the phone. I did not realize they had technically already closed for the day, and not only was she a loyal enough employee to have answered the phone after hours (whereas some places refuse to answer their phones an hour before closing time), she was nice enough to follow through with and complete my transaction. ?? I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received and haven’t even been in to tan yet! ?☺️
