Absolutely the nicest people! Everyone is so friendly and happy there. They just talk, so helpful and friendly! This will be our forever dentist if they keep this level of energy! It's so hard to find genuinely nice people now and Ladd is Def the place for that! From the extremely nice lady at the front desk to the lady cleaning my teeth and the nurses (sorry if that's not what y'all are called in dentistry I big dumb) are all just so friendly! Even the finance people are nice and that's why we left the last dentist because the finance person was extremely rude, but here they're just all smiles!

Even if I tried, I don't think I could say enough good things about LADD Dental in Kokomo. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with genuine kindness and made to feel welcome. Most of the staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients.
Everyone took the time to explain each step of my treatment, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. It's clear they value providing thorough, high-quality care rather than making you feel rushed.
