We had an amazing service with Dr.Curnutt and her assistants Alicia were very friendly and understanding and very good at what they do.I appreciate their help and them being very understanding. I will be grateful to have service with them again

Have been going to Ladd for the past 2 years and the times I have been in have never been an issue. They struggled to verify my insurance during my first visit but afterwards there was no issue. Visits go just fine however scheduling a visit is an entirely different story. It is near impossible to schedule or reschedule an appointment over the phone as they do not answer at all. I have been calling multiple times a day for two weeks to try and reschedule an appointment only to be met with the end of the recording apologizing to me and even have been hung up on before the recording finishes. Only leaving this review five stars because the dentist are amazing but the office workers you have to talk to you on the way out or rude as can be and if you mention it their supervisors excuse it by saying they're overworked saying they're overworked which I understand I've worked in a doctor's office but it was never excused to be rude to the clients they need to look into find better office workers but lovely dentist
