Jefferson Road Animal Hospital provides excellent care for furry friends. The hospital has a team of dedicated professionals, including Dr. Swart and Doctor Rigsby, who take the time to listen and explain treatment options in a respectful and easy-to-understand manner. They also have a private entrance for cats, ensuring they avoid interactions with eager, playful dogs. The staff and technicians are consistently sweet and helpful, making clients and pets feel comfortable and cared for. The hospital offers Saturday hours for walk-in appointments and strives to have open slots for emergency visits, which has been very helpful for pet owners in urgent situations. Clients appreciate the compassionate and friendly staff, and many say their pets respond calmly during examinations, reflecting the staff’s expertise. Despite some minor issues with billing and record-keeping, the hospital’s commitment to quality care has earned it a loyal client base. Overall, clients recommend Jefferson Road Animal Hospital as a place where pets are treated like family and where they can confidently return for future visits.
They have a private entrance for the cats so there aren’t any run ins with eager, playful doggos. We’ve seen two doctors and they have both been attentive. The staff and technicians really shine bright here - always so sweet and helpful.
They try to have a few open slots in the schedule for emergency visits. Super helpful when there was an issue we needed help with.
I recommend taking your furry family here!
After my vet clinic closed their business permanently, I was in search of another veterinarian. After researching online and talking to friends, Jefferson Rode Animal Hospital was the most highly recommended and respected. I called made my first appointment. Now I know why they are so highly recommended. The staff is amazing, friendly and so compassionate. Very pleasant experience and even my dog knew this place was great. She was responded calmly as she was having an examination and that because the staff are the best at what they do! Thank you everyone!! I’m so glad this is a new beginning for my pets well being because they deserve the best!
