They have a private entrance for the cats so there aren’t any run ins with eager, playful doggos. We’ve seen two doctors and they have both been attentive. The staff and technicians really shine bright here - always so sweet and helpful.
They try to have a few open slots in the schedule for emergency visits. Super helpful when there was an issue we needed help with.

After my vet clinic closed their business permanently, I was in search of another veterinarian. After researching online and talking to friends, Jefferson Rode Animal Hospital was the most highly recommended and respected. I called made my first appointment. Now I know why they are so highly recommended. The staff is amazing, friendly and so compassionate. Very pleasant experience and even my dog knew this place was great. She was responded calmly as she was having an examination and that because the staff are the best at what they do! Thank you everyone!! I’m so glad this is a new beginning for my pets well being because they deserve the best!
