Despite being in 100 yr old apmt bldg, they came in, addressed the problem,& had it figured out quickly. Always w my personal space in mind. I'm very happy my company used J&J! Thank you guys!!

J & J Electric came to my home to help with an issue we were having, and they took care of the problem quickly and professionally. They were very communicative about their arrival time, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled efficiently. I also felt the pricing was fair. Overall, great service—highly recommend!

5/16/21 Update: I have spoken to Duke mangers and they sent a landscaper to come fix the damage in the yard. In all fairness the landscaper fixed the yard beyond what I would have expected, including reseeding the damaged areas. While disappointed I had to complain about the work before anything was offered to make it right, overall, after the repair (including fixing the damage to my neighbor's yard), I am happier. However, the riser pipe that J&J installed still looks like trash and I haven't heard anything back from J&J regarding getting it corrected.Original Review:I would be very cautious before hiring J&J or agree to allow J&J do any work (if subcontracted).
