Integrity Family Counseling is a supportive and dedicated mental health service for children, families, and adults. The staff are commended for their exceptional attentiveness, empathy, and hard work in addressing complex trauma and medication needs. Patients have reported significant progress in their mental health and enjoy the goal-setting and routine-building aspects of their sessions. Although phone accessibility can be challenging at the Arnold Court location, the Southland office is noted for its polite and helpful reception. Overall, Integrity Family Counseling is highly recommended for its mental health services.
My son has made so much progress in his mental health since working with the staff here. There is not one person in the building that won't stop and listen/check in on how you or your kiddo is doing. I could not have asked for a better place for my child to thrive.
The staff is exceptional and they work really hard to get the kids I work with quickly to be seen. In addition to this, they are equipped to work with complex trauma and handle medication needs in their office as well. You can't ask for better services for children, families and adults! I would score them higher than a 5 if it allowed me too!
Integrity hasn’t only helped me with my mental health, but I enjoy coming in and talking with my counselor and setting goals for myself and routines. It can be tough getting through on the phones at the Arnold Court location but Amanda at the Southland always answers and is always polite and helpful. I definitely recommend Integrity for their mental health needs!
