My phones charger port wasn’t connecting well and wasn’t charging fast like normal. I called asking for a charger port replacement. They said they would try cleaning it first for $30 and if cleaning it didn’t work they would apply the $30 to the charge for replacing the charging port. I appreciated their honesty. The man on the phone told me “more than likely it just needs cleaned” rather than taking advantage of me and just replacing the whole port which would’ve been $120, instead of $30. It ended up working after the cleaning. They were fast and kind.
I just wanted to say this place is awesome it has helped me out more than once and today it saved the day again and hooked me up on Apple Watch as well I highly recommend this place John is really good at what he does and Tyler is an amazing dude who will help when he can and he care about what he does
