Contacted this company around 7am this morning and he made sure to come by 6pm to pump our Septic System the same day ( a day early ).Will now on recommend to everyone we know, and charges less then anyone in or around Kokomo/Russiaville,IN
Great company to work with! We had an urgent septic tank issue and other businesses we have used in the past were 2 weeks out. Five Star came the next day, fixed our septic issue and the price was more than reasonable. Also super nice people! Thanks Five Star!
I called 5 Star Sewer & Septic Pumping on Wednesday evening after business after not being able to reach the other septic company that we have used in the past for our septic issues that we were having, without not knowing anything about this company. The owner Rick came out exactly at the time he stated he would. He was very knowledgeable and after a few minutes of being there he immediately knew where the problem was and within minutes had our septic up and running again. I can’t stress enough how professional & how polite & how knowledgeable Rick was. I will definitely use this company for years to come and I will refer anyone in need of a professional in this line...read full review
