I recently had an appointment for a tooth I was concerned about, I arrived at my appointment on time, and went to the front desk to check in. There were three women behind the desk, I stood at the front desk for about 6 mins with no acknowledgment, no hello, I’ll be with you shortly please take a seat…nothing practically felt invisible. Very friendly and professional and also they were great due to awful experiences with other dentists in the past so I would always need gas for any procedure but I had a filling and tooth extraction today and without needing gas so dr. Beard will be my dentist from now on and I will tell everyone I know to start coming to Dixon dental for all of their dental needs.

It was a very quick, painless visit. They were very informative about everything that was going on, and coordinated well so that I wasn’t left sitting in the chair waiting for someone to come help me. So from that aspect I was able to get in and out quickly, which was nice.
