I wish I could give this place more than five stars. I love how welcoming this gym community is. And Coach Canaan is the best coach I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely give it a try.
The welcoming and inclusive environment in this gym is like none other. I love the support and motivation I get from each and every member. The coach really gives it his all and puts everything into each week of workouts. He’s able to modify workouts so anyone of any workout level can attend. If you’re currently unable to do something, you can modify and know he and the community with support you and cheer you on until you you can crush all of your goals!
Coach Canaan has truly created a very special culture at CrossFit Never Forget! His moto of "Include-Invest-Inspire" is on display at every class that he runs. Canaan has a way of making everyone feel like they're his main focus, even when there's 20 of us in a class. Keep up the great work Canaan!
