Our furnace broke down, and Brandt's diagnostic team showed up on time and within an hour determined the problem was in the blower motor controller. It was not a stocked part, so they order the part and the next day the part was installed, and the system was back up and running again. The parts and labor were under warranty, and we had zero out of pocket.
