Horrible customer service—Andy (or Andi) hung up mid conversation. For a company to say publicly they are “Our foundation is built on customer satisfaction. If we haven’t met your expectations, tell us and we’ll make it right,” it’s disrespectful for a customer service phone agent to hang up mid conversation.
