Excellent place to work out! If your new at working out, or a gym rat ,this is definitely a place where all can feel comfortable!Friendly patrons willing to help you with any question you have about a machine or help you learn the proper way to use free weights!
I’ve spent a lot of time at MBS and it’s always been a great place to workout! The owners are friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. They are constantly upgrading and trying to stay on top of their equipment to accommodate their members. The classes are also always a blast. Definitely recommend.
