Tech was on time, polite, professional, and a hard worker. He had a very tight fit to get an old water heater out and install a new one, while still giving us freezer, softener and dehumidifier room. He had very old plumbing to replace also. The final job looked fantastic....very neat, clean, and well done! Ask for Lance if you want a job professionally done without any shortcuts or issues!
