TKB went above and beyond from start to finish. Kaleb was professional, responsive, and reliable—he answered the phone, came out to quote the job when he said he would, and completed the work exactly as promised. His crew was also incredibly kind and courteous, even taking the time to answer my 3-year-old’s many questions. They also did an amazing job protecting the fresh concrete from the rain, which showed their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The AC pad work corrected a failure from the original home builder. That level of customer service and craftsmanship really stood out. Kaleb and his team has done 2 different jobs for us at our house and we have no complaints! The first one being a water leak that was un known where it was which ended up needing an insurance claim. Kaleb went above and beyond and found the leak where professional plumbers could not after cutting multiple wholes in our house Kaleb cut 1 hole and found the problem! After that he proceeded to help us make the claim to insurance then went to work fixing not only the damages the water caused but also the damages that the plumbers caused by searching! Then he also ripped out our carpet and layed the lifeproof hard flooring! If you need anyone for anything contact Kaleb first!
Kaleb and his workers were amazing. From the quote to project completion. Every day they cleaned up and you would have even know they were there. I will definitely be using them for future projects.
