Premier Exteriors just completed the removal of our existing roof and installed a new roof. The roof area was 80 square but the work was completed in 2 days. We utilized the CertainTeed Top of the line Northgate climate flex, class 4 shingle. It was CertainTeed complete integrity roofing system that includes;
synthetic underlayment along with Ice and water underlayment for all peaks, valleys and along the edge of the roof. In addition they put on all new boots on all roof penetrations, new drip wedge and flashing. The workmanship was superb and the roof looks great. We recently had a new roof installed at our office, St. Joe Vision and the entire experience was excellent. Jon Simmons was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He took time to explain everything throughly, answered questions, and met with us on several occasions to make sure we were comfortable with the whole process. We are very pleased with the quality of roof. We highly recommend Jon Simmons and the Premier Exteriors team to anyone looking for a knowledge roofing company.
Blake and the team at Premier Exteriors have done an outstanding job on my new roof. From day one they were kind, respectful, and professional. They offered a great service with an equally great price. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail both before and after completion is definitely top tier. From choosing colors to removal of all trash these guys leave nothing to chance. The only way that you knew they were here is the sign at the end of my driveway. What an outstanding local company to deal with. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you all for the hard work and care you shown for my property.
