I was there for pickup. Lots of space for getting into docks. Just go in the office they will give dock. They will ask u to unhook the trailer along with axles move to back. I was done within 30 min. They also allow me park for the day as i ran out of hours.
Please understand that the comments about long wait times, etc are not about the facility at 800 Patrol Rd but one that is in the same business park on Lewman Way. Saddle Creek is no longer affiliated with Sazerac. We provide excellent service and appreciate everything drivers do, every day!
