“This was my first time using Peanuts Pet Sitting and my experience was amazing. My 7-year-old Basset Hound, Lola, is very shy and timid and doesn’t normally adjust well to new people and places. I had planned to take her to another facility but was really concerned about how Lola would do. Last minute I reached out to Krystal and she was able to keep her. She met with Lola and I a couple of times a few days before the stay to see if Lola would warm up to her. Lola took to Krystal really well and her other dogs. Krystal was very responsive if I text her to check on Lola and she also text me periodically to let me know how Lola was doing. I highly recommend giving her a try for doggie day care or an overnight stay She was wonderful. I definitely will use her again.“

She was very patient with my shy and grumpy rabbit, and dropped by my hotel twice a day to make sure she had everything she needed. I was extremely anxious about leaving my rabbit alone, but Raven sent me pictures of her when she could, and I felt so much more comfortable about leaving. Very thankful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again when I go out of town!“
