Efficient and professional.
About NAIL PRO
NAIL PRO is known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the quality of service, with some praising their pedicure experiences and the attention given to personal preferences. However, there are mixed reviews regarding nail quality, with some clients expressing concerns about thin acrylics and improper finishes. A long-time customer mentioned satisfaction over two and a half years, highlighting the careful handling of tools. One downside noted is the inability to tip using credit cards, so cash is recommended for gratuities. Overall, NAIL PRO has potential, with room for improvement in service consistency.
