The Nail Lounge and Spa offers a wonderful experience with a kind and professional staff. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of the nail services. Many leave feeling happy with their nails and plan to return. The nail technicians are skilled and attentive, often matching the customer's nails and toes together. Sam is noted for her detailed work, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the end product. Ashley also pays close attention to little details, making sure that everything is perfect. The prices are described as average and fair, and customers can usually get an appointment quickly with no wait. However, some have noted a lack of clarity regarding extra costs for nail designs, which can lead to surprise charges. A few customers have mentioned that the pedicure services could be improved, with a need for more massage during the treatment. Nonetheless, Lily's thoroughness has been appreciated by many. Overall, it is a cute place with great service and a friendly staff, although there is room for improvement in certain areas.
