Merry Maids of Jeffersonville

Highly disappointed. Scheduled a cleaning and they called morning of and said they cannot come because the cleaners need to be off by 2 today. How do you not know this ahead of time????

The cleaning services started out good but quality has declined. Last time they charged me full price and only stayed an hour to clean a 3800 sq foot home. They didn’t clean bathrooms or basement level at all. When I called to complain I just got a sorry you are not happy with your service. They didn’t offer any refund or anything. Needless to say I cancelled my service. This occurrence wasn’t a one time thing. It just was the final straw. I’m saving my $150
