Princessa is like a person of royalty. A true Princess of kindness, compassion, and love. Her gentleness in presence, her peaceful nature, her big warm hugs made me feel like I was not alone but I was amongst a true sister and friend!! I could not have asked for a more Perfect Princess to receive me and help me with receiving my loving husband of 30 years. She was able to help my remember the joy of my husband by sharing some of joys of our life. Plus we listened to some great music that made it even better!!!
Magnolia cremations as a whole and their team of Princessa and Abby truly went above and beyond for my family. They helped me every step of the way and were so kind a patient. Communication was top notch. I was told to call anytime and was always answered immediately. I was never rushed to make any decision and was honestly surprised as to how affordable the cremation was as my family member did not have life insurance.
Princessa was one of the sweetest most caring persons I have ever met. She was very attentive and caring when I arrived at Magnolia. She needs to be recognized as this. I felt she was just adorable.
