All staff were top notch. William put the flooring in, he was such a hard worker. The only time he stopped was lunch. He answered all my questions . He had such a pleasant demeanor.The floors are Beautiful!!
Recently my parents were moving into a home with a very quick time-line to vacate theirs. Two bedrooms had carpet that had to be quickly replaced. Dearing Floor Center was very quick to meet us at the new home, show us samples and scheduled an appointment for carpet installation the first business day following the closing. The gentleman that came to the home with samples and to do the measurements was warm, professional and reassuring that they could get in there quickly to ensure readiness for my parents move in . The carpet is very high quality and there were no issues with getting it ordered and installed. Actually, they were great to work with because I had to keep pushing the date back because my painter wasn't finished and it was no problem.
