You can usually get in quickly and get taken care of just as quick. They are thorough. I am glad Amazon has their very own place to go. I can say I can count on them to take care of my needs. Terrific place to go, especially if u work for Amazon
Got tested positive last Dec. 18, and today is my 11th day of quarantine. Dec. 25 was the last time when I had symptoms (headache and body pain).My employer (amazon) wants me to go back tomorrow and try to be safe just wanna get tested first. So I called crossover to make an appointment and told them everything then I was scheduled for 5:00 pm.Then someone called me around 1 pm ask me the same questions then transfer me to someone then ask me the same questions and someone called me again before 5 pm asking me the same questions then around 5 when we got there someone called me again and told me that I can’t get tested cause the test is gonna be positive for the next...read full review
Allowed me to come in a little late. Did rapid and 3 day Covid tests. Couldn't get in anywhere! Walgreens locations had 300 people, and four or five days until I could get the test. Next day appointment at Crossover
