Junk, we installed Thomasville cabinets in our entire kitchen at the expense of over 20k. Almost every miter joint expanded after only a few months, the doors are paper thing and peeled. NEVER AGAIN
Thomas Cabinets are poorly made with no quality control. I paid thousands of dollars for new cabinets and when they arrived scratched, I was told that they would not be replaced and that I should use the touch up kit. I wish I would have NEVER went with Thomasville….might as well have bought scratched cabinets from marketplace.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering...what a waste of time and money! We ordered a few pieces to do cabinets around a stand alone refrigerator. The design took forever but it is in an awkward space so we understood. Finally the design was finished and the cabinets were ordered in the beginning of July 2025. Cabinets were shipped in 8/9 and when they were delivering them the driver told me one was missing. So we had to contact the kitchen designer at HD and figure out what's going on. They have to make and ship a replacement part. That part arrived 9/6. The installer came out on 9/10 to check the order and found a large scratch on the cabinet. Thomasville said...read full review
