Thank you Schmidt Contracting for quickly getting a new furnace installed. I called Austin on Wednesday when our furnace went out. They came Thursday morning with the new unit and had us up and running before Thursday evening.Service: Heating system installation

Kerry did an awesome job repairing the water main. I appreciated the prompt response. I didn't agree with the total number of hours charged for labor, mainly because I didn't feel sending two employees was necessary, but the manager worked with me. No one likes spending the money, but these guys are professional and worth it in a pinch.

Had them install a 50gallon water heater and whole house water filter. The installers we're local but one I think Gary was his name was very knowledgeable and knew the best way to get the job done without disturbing more of the basement than necessary. Solid connections throughout all his work. Phil the son of the owner is very friendly and helpful also. Highly recommended.I compared prices and I went here due to the realistic maintenance expectations that Phil explained to me about tankless water heaters. I feel that this guy is trustworthy and would do his best to give a fair price to the customer without shortcuts and excessive costs to the business.
