Excellent service. I phoned and spoke with Emma. She was very helpful and was able to schedule us a service call right away at our home in Loogootee for our Royal Spa. Adam came out and was able to service the swim spa and took the time to explain everything that he needed to do and then after the repairs, things to look for in the future. He was very accommodating and told us to let him know if we saw there were any problems. Thank you for your prompt service. Shop local.

We could not be more happy with our new Majesty Royal Spa purchased from Eckert’s Pool Supply. From Emma talking us through all our options to Adam with delivery and install, it made the process so enjoyable and far from stressful! We will be lifetime customers and would not recommend anyone else in town but them! We cannot thank them enough for their kindness and top notch customer service! 5 stars is just not enough when it comes to this business.

I own a royal spa hot tub. I bought it used and love it but like every thing 10 years old, sooner or later something goes wrong. My beloved hot tub stopped heating so me being a do it yourselfer l decide to fix it myself. (Tom) the owner of eckerts pool supply was more than helpful in my attempts to fix my hot tub and went way above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts and even called the manufacturer for me and never attempted to sell me a service call or any parts I didn't need. I was pleasantly surprised with everyone at Eckerts and can say customer service is alive and well there and would recommend them to a friend.
