Most amazing staff I have ever had interacted with! They are the absolute best! I came in with a lot of work needed to be done and a lot of problems I have been avoiding for years, they took me in and helped me set up a payment plan and have been working with me since. I live far away and I will drive there instead of go somewhere new! Amazing!
Emergent dental work needed and they are THE ONLY ONES who could help in such a dire situation. Brandon (the gentle giant) was so gentle and understanding of my situation, front desk was amazing, dentist and assistant were phenomenal!
I was in aspen dental earlier today, had a little issue with the dental insurance, but Kavern was very friendly and able to walk through and come up with an alternative plan, so I was very pleased and glad that we were able to work with her. It was the first time that we come to the this specific aspen dental. Over the phone when we were scheduling the appointment she also took out the time to remind that of us that we are in a different time zone.
