Staff is always very friendly and efficient. Beds are clean, store is always clean. No high pressure to purchase product, but informative about those they carry. I have been to both the Carmel and 82nd and Allisonville locations and both have been consistent in service and cleanliness.
I Love to tan here! The store and rooms are incredibly clean and kept that way all throughout the day. They have nice beds and then they have excellent beds all new and very nice. They have a large variety of different tanning lotions and the staff is very knowledgeable about the lotions and other products that they have their to sell. But the most important thing to me is that it is clean and all Sun Tan City locations are very clean. I highly recommend.
The customer service was great!! The women that runs the store was so nice polite and sweet. I had a much better experience at this location compared to the location by my house (146th and Hazel Dell). I will use this sun tan city from now on.
