From a technical standpoint, the service runs smoothly. We had a billing issue and received nightmarish responses from them. A credit card went over limit temporarily. They immediately shut off service and sent me to a web page to update card information - but the page would not work and their method of troubleshooting was to tell me it works for everyone else and suggest that I was lying about the page not working. After the billing issue was resolved, I wrote them a note, complaining about the poor quality of service from their billing department. Their response was heated, defensive, unapologetic, and threatened to "make public" the fact that the credit card was declined....read full review
