As someone who doesn't feel 100% confident or comfortable in gyms, I'm definitely a fan of this gym. The building is smaller than a normal Lifetime, and you don't get all the meatheads or the "do it for the Gram" fitness types that Castle Creek attracts. Everyone is very nice, both staff and clientele. Being smaller, it's WAY more affordable than Castle Creek, which was a huge plus for me. And at no point did I feel pressured to buy additional packages. It's mostly kept clean, through the bathrooms could use some love from time to time, and the paper towels for cleaning equipment aren't always stocked. This gym has everything needed-- large but not cavernous. With Covid, some classes and personal training have changed or fallen away, but the equipment is good and well-maintained. I've gone here (and to Castleton Lifetime) for many years. Good fitness facilities. Both have free towels. Yea.

Great. Just the fact that they are going the extra mile to make sure we San Franciscans have a place to work out and take care of ourselves is beautiful. Life Time Fitness are truly shining a light down on us in these dark times.
