Kathy & Neil really came through for us on a last minute urgent request! We were in a very tight spot with a looming inspection on our fire suppression system that could have severally impacted our operations. They adjusted their schedules and got the work completed sooner than anticipated. Their flexibility and attentiveness to our needs went well beyond expectations. I can't imagine we would have passed without them. We are truly grateful, thank you!

Thank you Yelp. Thank you Chris Keely ! I was interested in retrofitting parking lot lighting to LED and was at a loss at where to start. I searched Yelp for highly rated vendors and found my way to ERMCO, Inc. (an employee owned company by the way). My contact at ERMCO is Chris Keely and he went above and beyond any reasonable service expectation. He not only educated me on the process, the preferred fixtures, his Company's pricing and service strategy, but also explained the expected electricity savings. For me, understanding the ROI/pay-back period was a key decision point to go ahead with the project. Chris took a very practical "owner" perspective to the project. I felt like I was working with a partner, not a vendor who was squeezing as much profit out of the project as he could. Rather, he took the longer view of a relationship over time and explained their pricing and material costs without any pressure. Lastly, Chris stayed involved from the first phone call to completion of the project which made life so much easier. If you are looking for an electrical expert, do yourself a favor and call ERMCO.

I switched to this company for yearly maintenance on my Generator, I was having a problem with it leaking oil, they sent Matt out and he recognized the problem and recommended I put it on a pad as the other company was adding to much oil ,This generator stilled leaked and they brought out a new one under warranty, it went bad after two weeks leaked oil all over the pad and the engine failed,They ordered a brand new one and installed a new pad and engine,I want to complement Jason, Russ, John, and Matt for a great service and professional attitude towards the customer, they were very polite to both my wife and me,
