The head of Service Department really cares about her customers and crew. All of the Service Technicians I have worked with were very professional and kind individuals. I’ve worked with DEEM in several aspects for several years now. Their service techs, installers, engineers and electricians are what makes the company what it is. John Walters, Steve Cool, Darin Ruling and Dave Hettwer are some of the greatest guys out there to work with. They go above and beyond their required job responsibilities to help you and your company out in ANY situation. You won’t be left hung out to dry in a downtime/breakdown situation with these guys. DEEM is not just any typical contractor in my opinion. I have over 16 years of dealing with DEEM to back my statements above.
