About Bestside Construction
Bestside Construction is a quality builder that does awesome and professional work, such as stamped concrete patios and installing French doors. However, communication can be an issue, especially for small jobs. One customer gave the greenlight for a small job but heard nothing back after calling a couple times, being told someone would stop by. This suggests the job may have been too small for them to proceed with, but that information was not communicated. While they are seemingly a quality builder and some customers will work with them again, communication could be tightened up.
Bestside Construction did an awesome job pouring our new stamped concrete patio. They also Installed new French doors. They were very professional and I will work with them again.!!
Bestside priced a small job for me. I gave them the greenlight to proceed, then nothing. I've called a couple times and they tell me someone will stop by. I've given up on them. I assume the job is too small for them to mess with. Too bad because I also have a relatively large remodel planned for this year. I will not be approaching Bestside.EDIT: I appreciate the response here from Bestside confirming my suspicion that the job was too small. Both times I called I was told the superintendent would be stopping by. I'm sure internally at BS a discussion was had about not doing this work, but that info never made it to me.
