Dr. Smith is very professional and I appreciate the fact she during my exam she found I had very progressive cataracts and honest enough to let me know she could correct my vision temporarily with glasses but within a few months I would need a new prescription.
She suggested I see about having cataract surgery, then once healed she could get me the right prescription for my needs and I wouldn't be spending even more and more money for glasses when sooner than later I would need the cataract surgery anyway.
Although I had to go twice to pick up my glasses (bc they are only open until 6 and the website says 7:00), I was treated so well from the initial visit and exam all the way through pick up and fitting. Everyone was polite and helpful and I love my new frames.
All staff was really nice. I am giving a 4 star bc of the website inaccuracy. I tried to pick up my glasses on Wednesday at 6:20 and they were closed even though the website says they close at 7:00 PM. They have been short staffed and now close at 6:00 but have not changed the hours on the website.
